These are the outside services Agently may use to do client work or run this site. Not every service is used for every client. Our Data Processing Addendum explains how Client Data is handled and how we tell clients about changes.
AI services
When we send Client Data to these, we use accounts where training on our data is turned off.

Local models. Some work runs on open-weight AI models on Agently's own computer. Data sent to those models stays on our hardware and is not sent to an outside AI provider, so they are not subprocessors.

Where the data sits
Most services above store data in the United States. n8n Cloud stores workflow data in Frankfurt, Germany. Tell us before the work starts if your data must stay in the United States, and we will run your workflows another way.
